After a train journey from Montreux to Rivaz and a short walk up to the Vinorama, your Swiss wine experience
begins. You walk into a warm, welcoming cellar surrounded by the wines of the region. A cosy cinema tells the
story of a year in the region’s vineyards, giving a fascinating glimpse into both the wine cycle and the lives of
the winemakers, before you begin your own wine tasting. 3 of the favourite wines of the region are on offer
for you to taste, accompanied by water and some local snacks. The Chasselas is the typical grape variety of the
region – don’t miss the opportunity to taste this delicious variety, rarely found outside Switzerland, before
your return journey to Montreux.
